Return & Exchange Policy
We have high quality control standard to make sure all the products we ship are in good conditions, defective merchandise are subject to refund within 48 hours of the item being received. If items are not defective at the fault of Legacy Looks, all sale are final. If customer service is not notified of damaged or defective items within 48 hours of the item being received / delivered, a return or exchange will be rejected. No exchanges of merchandise, all sales final.
If you feel you wish to return the merchandise do to the item being defective or damaged caused by Legacy Looks, a full refund will be provided only if the item is received to our return center within 15 days of being received. Postage for approved returns will be paid by the customer. Shipping cost is never refunded. Refunds are only given if items received are defective and the damage is caused by Legacy Looks. Otherwise all sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges on undergarments, nightwear, swimwear, or bodyshapers / tummy trainers. All sales are final, unless approved. Please contact customer service via email for direction for authorized return as well are retrieving the correct address to send all returns. Otherwise the return will not be accepted.
i). If we send an incorrect item to you or you received a damaged product , then you can return it to us, within 15 day. If the item is to be returned at no fault of Legacy Looks, no refund will be offered, the sale is final. Not all returns will be approved for a refund, we are able to reject any return.

*If a return is received to the Legacy Looks return center not in the original condition in which it was sent out. The return will be reject and the customer must pay for the shipping to have the item sent back to them.
*Items MUST be received unused, undamaged and in original package for credit.
*Return shipping fee is paid by the buyer.
*No returns or exchanges on undergarments, swimwear, and bodyshapers.
*ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS APPROVED BY CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Full refunds are offered for items that are found to be faulty or damaged with our fault. Damage caused because of the fault of the third party or customer’s own fault cannot apply for refund. Shipping fee is not refundable.
Canceling Orders (Before shipment)
All orders canceled within 1 hour of purchase will be eligible for a full refund. After 1 hour you may not cancel the order.
