Return & Exchange Policy
We have a high-quality control standard to make sure all the products we ship are in good condition, defective merchandise is subject to an exchange within 72 hours of the item being received. If items are not defective at the fault of Legacy Looks, all sales are final. If customer service is not notified of damaged or defective items within 72 hours of the item being received/delivered, an exchange will be rejected. No returns of merchandise, all sales final.
If you feel you wish to exchange the merchandise due to the item being defective or damaged caused by Legacy Looks, an email will be provided with all of the steps in order to process an exchange. Exchanges are only given if items received are defective and the damage is caused by Legacy Looks. Otherwise, all sales are final. There are no exchanges on undergarments, nightwear, swimwear, or body shapers/tummy trainers. All sales are final unless approved. Please contact customer service via email for instructions for an authorized exchange as well as the correct address to send the exchange. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
i). If we send an incorrect item to you or you received a damaged product , then you can exchange it, within 3 business days.

*If an exchange is received to the Legacy Looks return center and it is determined that the item is not damaged or defective, then the item will be sent back to the customer. If the exchange is rejected, the customer must pay for the shipping.
*ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS APPROVED BY CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Canceling Orders or Changing Orders (Before shipment)
All orders canceled within 2 hours of purchase will be eligible for a full refund. After 2 hours you may not cancel the order.
